While HR&P administers human resources, workers' compensation and benefits, you can easily manage most payroll issues from your office via the internet.

Online Document Management

HR&P utilizes a secured document management system which allows clients access to a mass of employee information including applications, employee warning notices, performance reviews, status forms, and much more all via the internet.

Payroll Security

HR&P uses special encoded check stock and check toner which cannot be reproduced making all of your employee's checks secured.  After processing payroll we have the ability to insert letters, notices, coupons, return envelopes, and more in your employee's pay check.  This allows you to inform everyone of important matters or general announcements.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

HR&P has an extensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan which was implemented utilizing the latest Best Practices criteria. All payroll, personnel and business data is backed up at our out-of-state satellite office on a daily basis. This satellite office is available to us in the event of any foreseeable catastrophe including hurricanes, tornados & floods, fire and theft. The facility is capable of supporting our full staff and processing functionality. We have invested a significant amount of time and funds in order to ensure a seamless operational transition in the event of an emergency.
