Does HR&P work with outside insurance agents?
Yes, all types of insurance agents including, but not limited to, Benefits and Property & Casualty?
 

 

Is HR&P a licensed PEO?
Yes, HR&P is licensed through the State of Texas (and all other states that require licensing.) This process requires significant financial and background checks. Re-licensing occurs every year in most scenarios.
 

 

Does HR&P utilize Best Practices methods?
Yes, HR&P utilizes Best Practices methods for payroll processing, tax reporting and deposits, human resources, safety, and benefits administration.
 

 

Does HR&P have a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan?
Yes, HR&P is equipped with a co-location that is located away from the Gulf Coast Region in the event of a major disaster. This location accommodates all of our vital processing employees and contains live secured back-ups of our data. HR&P and our Clients will be safe no matter what the event!
 

 

Does HR&P work in multiple states?
Yes, HR&P is currently conducting business in 42 states and has the ability to work in all 50 states.
 

 

Can HR&P conduct business outside of the United States?
Yes, we currently conduct business in Mexico and Canada with the ability to work in many other countries.
 

 

Will it cost my Company anything to have HR&P conduct an evaluation for services?
No, HR&P will visit your office and conduct a free evaluation and provide a free price quote for all of our services.
 

 

Are there certain service plans I must choose from if I want to start using HR&P?
No, HR&P customizes a package of services for each individual Client.
 

 

How does HR&P price their services?
HR&P offers customized pricing plans for each individual Client. Please submit a Proposal Request for pricing information.
 

 

Is HR&P Work Comp Certified?
Yes, HR&P is certified through the Certification Institute and must go through annual audits to keep the certification.
 

 

Does HR&P have a recruiting division?
No, but we currently have skilled referrals for this service.
